Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is only allowed within 24 hours of ordering.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in case of a packaging defect or manufacturing flaw. Refunds will be credited in the same form as payment within 30 days of the authorised refund status.
Return Policy
Products with defective packaging or manufacturing faults can be returned within 30 days of the billing date. Returned products will be credited against subsequent orders; no cheques or cash refunds will be made.
